Students at the time of admission shall deposit Rs500/as caution money the same amount is refund to them after completion of their course.
Every student should produce Identity Card at the time of borrowing books.
All the readers should keep their personal belonging, bags, text book at the property counter & can carry note books and other valuables. The library staff is not responsible for any loss.
Readers shall observe strict silence and discipline in the library premises .Cell phones I pod are strictly prohibited in the library.
Students are allow to take four books at a time two books as book bank for whole semester and 2 books for regularly.SC/ST students also have separate book bank facilities. The books can be renewed if there is no demand.
Failing to return the books on due date will be a fine of (Rs1) per day of delay.
The borrowers are to take care of the books issued/used by them.
Book lost or damage shell have to be replaced the book by the borrowers or they have to pay double the cost of the book.
The operation of issuing and returning of library books have been computerized with Barcode.
Library provides an open access facilities, students can go directly to the cupboards & select book.
