In order to provide personal care and guidance to the students, the college has implemented the system of mentorship order which every faculty is interested with the responsibility of monitoring the progress and redressing the problems and difficulties of a group of students. The mentor will be in charge of his team of students. He will collect relevant data regarding the academic progress of the students included his team. He will also counsel and guide those students to solve their individual problems. The mentor may also take the help of principal and other teachers in the overall care taking of the student. This system has provided one to one relation between teachers and students. It also creates a concept of a teacher taking the complete responsibility of the academic developing of the students.
